Robert Stanley Davis, Jr., lovingly known as Robbie, is the Lead Pastor of CELEBRATION CHURCH…City of Champions in Columbia, Maryland.He is the devoted husband of Mrs. Robin Davis.Robbie and Robin were married in 1989 and have seven children together-Rhema, Rhesa, Robert III, Rhoyal, Robinson, Rheign, and Rhisen.
After 30 years of fruitful ministry (locally, nationally, and internationally) Bishop Robert S. Davis, Sr. passed the baton of pastoral leadership to his son, Robert S. Davis, Jr. (Robbie).Robbie served as the Assistant Pastor to his dad and mentor for 15 years and started his tenure as the Lead Pastor of Long Reach Church of God (now CELEBRATION CHURCH) in January 2004. Under Pastor Robbie's leadership the Church has grown to over 2,500 members and continues to offer life lifting ministries in the Church and to the surrounding communities.

Tawana Saunders
Executive Administrator to the Senior Pastor
Sister Tawana assists the Senior Pastor and covering Bishop. She provides administrative and planning support to the Senior Pastor. She serves on the Operation Winning Community Team, and is actively involved in other ministries at Celebration Church. Sister Tawana has attended Celebration Church since November 2003 and has been on staff since May 2005. She is supported in ministry and service by her husband, James and their children, Tarryn, Michelle and Emmanuel.
Stephen "Steve" HogansPastoral Assistant
Minister Steve Hogans serves as the Pastoral Assistant of Celebration Church. He works as the administrator of the Transformation, Celebration Church's Youth Ministry, and Celebration City, Celebration Church's Children's Ministry. Minister Steve also works with each of the Purpose Pastors. Minister Steve graduated from Mid-America Christian University in 2006 with a degree in Pastoral Ministry and is pursuing post-graduate studies at Capital Bible Seminary.

Lawrence E. "Larry" Walker, Sr.
Pastor of Community
Pastor Larry oversees the membership team and champions the Purpose of Community at Celebration Church. He serves as a Member of the Purpose Management Team, Teacher, Community Ministry Leader, and the Preaching Ministers Team. Pastor Larry has been at Celebration Church since June of 1986; and on staff as Pastor of Community since October 2005. He is supported in ministry and service by his wife, Alfreda and sons, Lawrence II, & Brandon.
Meghan RinggoldCommunity Administrative Assistant & Member Services Coordinator
Sister Meghan provides planning, administrative, and budgeting assistance to the Pastor of Community at Celebration Church. She also provides assistance to all of the Community Ministries. She has her Associates Degree from Community College of Baltimore County-Catonsville. Sister Meghan is head of the Member Services Team, and helps you to "Stay Connected". She has attended Celebration Church since December of 2003 and has been a staff member since November 2005. She is supported in ministry and service by her husband, Bryan and daughter, Amaiyah.

Ernest "Ernie" Davis

Brother Ernie, as Pastor of Discipleship, provides leadership in the Biblical Teaching and Training arm of Celebration Church. In addition, he provides covering for the Spiritual Growth of ministries and pastoral oversight for the Children, Youth, Women, Singles and Seniors ministries of the church. Brother Ernie has been at the church since 1980, and on staff since September 2002. He is actively supported in ministry by his wife, Deacon Willie Davis. They have three adult children, Sharon, Ernest, Jr., and Emerson, who are also actively engaged in the ministry of Celebration Church.

Assistant to the Pastor of Discipleship
I have the awesome responsibility to serve with Pastor Ernie as we help people mature in Christ. I assist him in organizing Baptisms, WIN Institute, and in the ministries for which are covered by Discipleship. I served as the Church receptionist for many years where I greeted callers, delivered phone requests and welcomed and greeted visitors to help them get connected to Celebration Church and the staff. My family, husband, Ernie and I, along with our daughter Sharon, and two sons Ernest, Jr. and Emerson have ministered and served the Body of Christ locally through our home church, Celebration Church (LRCOG), to the Nation, and Abroad since about October, 1980.

Pastor Randy oversees the Evangelism Team and champions the Purpose of Evangelism for Celebration Church. He serves as a member of the Purpose Management Team, He is supported in ministry and service by his wife, Katrina.

Handel Smith Pastor of Ministry & Director of Celebrate Recovery
Pastor Handel oversees the Ministry Team where he works to help the Celebration Church family discover and demonstrate their God given strength and passion. He also serves as leader of the Celebrate Recovery ministry, a Christ Centered Recovery program at Celebration Church. He holds a Bachelors Degree from Anderson University, and a Masters Degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Professional Business program. Pastor Handel also serves as an officer the National Inspirational Youth Convention. He has worked in a number of positions at Celebration for 25 years. He is happily married to Victoria Smith, and has three children, Darius, Josiah, and Mariah.

Jarrett Baker embraced music at a young age. He sharpened his skills as an organist at Nebo Christian Ministries, in Baltimore, MD, where he also served as musical director, choir teacher, and showcased his original music. He studied at the University of Maryland College Park, where he also became the Director of the Maryland Gospel Choir. Jarrett has toured with recording artists, and has written and produced original material. In the fall of 2007, he wed the lovely Ayanna Baker, and in early 2008, he and his wife were led to Celebration Church. Jarrett is humbled to serve as the Director of Worship. He leads a dynamic team that includes The Celebration Choir, The Celebration Praise Ensemble, The Angelic Steps Dance Ministry, Drama, as well as Multimedia. Jarrett is a man of God who seeks to worship Him and reach others through his musical talents and gifts, as well as every other aspect of his life.

Jacqueline WalkerWorship Administrator
Deacon Jacqueline M. Walker - Member of Long Reach Church of God/Celebration Church since 1991. She is married to Min. Kenith D. Walker, Jr. for 14 years and counting and they share three wonderful children (Montria, Khai, and Kharrington). Deacon Walker currently serves as the Worship Administrator, sings on the Celebration Choir and Celebration Praise Team, serves as Assistant Director of the Children's Choir, serves on the Health Ministry and is a Youth Leader.

Michael "Mike" Thigpen
Youth Pastor
As of July 1, 2007, Pastor Mike as he likes to be called has been appointed Youth Pastor at Celebration Church. Pastor Michael Thigpen has been in youth ministry for over thirteen years. A visionary and youth pastor, Michael has served as youth pastor in Brooklyn, New York for the New Testament Church of God., and Sherman Street Church of God in Anderson, Indiana. Michael has a passion for the lost especially young souls. His passion is evident as First Vice President of the National Inspirational Youth Convention. His goal in ministry is to raise a generation of servant leaders to impact, invade, and infect the world with love of Jesus. Pastor Michael received his degree with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership at Anderson University and will be continuing his education in the future. Among his many gifts and talents are singing, drama, mime and other various creative arts. Under the anointing of God, he has operated in the five-fold ministry as well. His lovely wife Melanie walks beside him in ministry as they raise four beautiful daughters, Brittany, Shekinah, Gianna, and Destinee.
John Street
Director of Children's Ministry
After many years of volunteer work in Celebration City, Minister John W. Street is both excited and humbled to be appointed the Director of Children's Ministries. He has dedicated a good portion of his life towards working with children both in and outside of Church. He is the founder and head instructor of God Squad Christian Martial Arts, based in Celebration Church. He also mentors students in many of our local schools. The passion he has for teaching children is surpassed only by the love and dedication he has for the Lord and his family. He is eagerly looking forward to this God given opportunity to continue the high level of excellence that has been associated with Children's Ministries. Brother John attended Norfolk State University from 1981 thru 1985, majoring in Criminal Justice. He is also on the preaching Ministry staff as well as the security team. He thanks God for his loving family. Linda, his wife of sixteen years, daughter Shannon, sons Dexter, Dion and Brandon and Grandson Dexter Jr.

Erriel D. Roberson
Principal, Celebration Christian Academy
Brother Roberson is entering his third year as the principal and has served at Celebration Christian Academy for 6 years. Principal Roberson is also a Preaching Minister at Celebration Church, Small Group Leader, and member of the Marriage Ministry Leadership Team. A member of Celebration Church since 1998, Erriel is married to his wife of 14 years, Elisa, and has three children, Nandi, Jair, and Asa.

John Blount
Building & Maintenance
Brother John handles the physical operation of the building and grounds of Celebration Church. Experienced as a contractor and handyman, Brother John ensures that the overall structure and appearance of the building edifies the name of the Lord. Brother John has been on staff at Celebration Church since May 2005. He is supported in ministry and service by his wife, Monica and their children.

Brenda Bennett
Finance & Operations Assistant
Sister Brenda coordinates financial record-keeping and receipts, building maintenance, church supplies, access to the building and grounds of Celebration Church. She is involved in many ministries, is a ministry leader and heads the counting team for tithes and offerings. Sister Brenda has worked at Celebration Church since August 1993; and has been a member since 1991. She is supported in service by her husband, Minister Aaron Bennett and her four adult children, Aaron, II, Gabriel, Daniel and Elizabeth.
